An order is not binding on NUAD before full payment for the Products ordered has been duly received, unless otherwise is explicitly agreed on with the customer.
DELIVERY & TRANSPORT
The delivery times for the Products are stated in the Web Shop, or otherwise separately agreed on with the customer.
All Products are shipped with a well-reputed carrier of NUAD’s choice to the address stated by the customer (or to a pick-up point connected to the stated address and which is used by the carrier). NUAD has no obligation to assure that the stated address is valid. The taxes and fees shall be borne by the customer. Any and all costs levied upon NUAD due to incorrect address or failure to accept delivery will be charged to the customer. Products returned to NUAD due to failure to accept delivery will not be re-shipped and NUAD will have no obligation to refund the purchase price and other charged costs to the customer. This shall however not apply in the event the customer requests re-delivery within 14 days from the date of failure to accept delivery and pays the costs for the re-shipping.
Transfer of ownership of purchased Products occurs (i) when the Product is delivered, and (ii) full payment of the purchase price has been received. The customer will not be entitled to dispose of the Product before the transfer of ownership has occurred. NUAD has the right to retake delivered Products not paid for.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
This policy does not apply to items ordered by businesses, which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within three (3) days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item we provide 14 days of cancellation, valid from the day you receive the item. Please note that you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Returns must be received in original condition and packaging within 14 days. NUAD will in case of a cancellation return all payments for the Product to the customer as soon as practically possible, and in no case later than 30 days from the date of the cancellation.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom or special ordered items.
Please be aware that lighting is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt, and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
Returns are only accepted at NUAD warehouse; they are not accepted at our company headquarter. For help with the return process, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
CLAIMS & FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to make things right. It is helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacements will not be shipped until the original item has been received at our warehouse and has been inspected. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, however, on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the item is found to be faulty. If the item is not faulty, we will return it to you, however, you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
PRICE & PAYMENT
NUAD accepts payment with Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple pay, Paypal, and Bank Transfer. All prices at nuad.dk are incl. Danish Tax/VAT (25%).
NUAD does not guarantee that the true colors, shapes, and other features of the Products are accurately reflected in the Web Shop or in presentation/advertising material, due to the customer’s computer or monitor settings, or due to deficiencies in the depiction or the description of the Products.
Defects due to normal wear and tear, the use of the Products for other purposes than intended, or otherwise due to appropriate handling or use may never be regarded as defects for which NUAD is responsible.
NUAD warrants that the Products are free from defects for two (2) years from the date of delivery.
