The Radent Lamps are produced in China by a leading lighting manufacturer. We have many years of experience with this manufacturer and have a very good relationship with them.

The Radent Lamp can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use alcohol or any other solvents to clean the product. Ensure that the power supply has been turned OFF before cleaning the product.

We sell the Radent Lamps with Aigostar/Cosna LED tubes and we recommend that you use the same LED tubes if you need to change the tubes.

Orders & Payments
You can place your order via our website. All you need to do is to add the products you wish to purchase to the cart and proceed to checkout. To finalize the transaction, we need you to provide us with the necessary information.
That’s all, now you can look forward to receiving your new design piece!
We accept payment with Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Applepay, Paypal and Bank Transfer.

We work with a well-established payment provider Shopify Payments and Paypal. All communication is done via a fully secure connection.
To ensure a smooth processing of your order, your credit card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

Delivery & Return
We never charge for shipping within Europe.
For our friends in Switzerland and Norway additional customs charges and national VAT will be charged directly by the local tax authorities and needs to be paid separately by the customer. Should you have further questions regarding additional charges please contact your local tax office.

Should you wish to purchase our products from a country outside of Europe, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@nuad.dk.
You can choose between having the package sent to your home address, a nearby package shop or your business address.
If you choose your home address, but you are not at home when the mailman tries to deliver the package, the package will be redirected to the nearest package shop.
We use GLS as the delivery service for parcel shipments or one of their partners.

If the order is received before 12 p.m., it is usually shipped the same day.
After the products have been shipped the delivery time is usually around 3-5 business days, depending on the destination country.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from NUAD.
If you are not happy with your item, you may return your non-damaged and unused NUAD purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.

We usually ship out orders the same day. This means that you have to be very fast if you wish to change something.
