We never charge for shipping within Europe.
For our friends in Switzerland and Norway additional customs charges and national VAT will be charged directly by the local tax authorities and needs to be paid separately by the customer. Should you have further questions regarding additional charges please contact your local tax office.
The delivery time is displayed on the product pages and in the order confirmation email, please know that this is an estimate and can be subject to change.
NUAD mostly uses GLS as the delivery service for parcel shipments. Once your order is shipped, GLS will send a tracking link by email and/or text message, depending on the country of delivery. Please check the GLS website for further details.
GLS will make three delivery attempts to the provided address. After the third attempt the parcel will be available for collection at the nearest GLS pick-up point. It will remain available for 10 days before being returned. Please note that in such case, you need to contact: email@example.com to arrange a re-delivery and an extra delivery cost might be charged.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from NUAD. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 working days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. To claim the product, it needs to be returned in its original packaging. If you want to return your item, you may return your non-damaged and unused NUAD purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer team on email@example.com for more info on how to proceed.
